This splendid Villa, located in the hills of the Chianti region, only a few kilometres from downtown Florence, is the ideal location for wedding reception ceremonies. An internal seated capacity of 160 guests and an outdoor capacity of about 500 guests in 2 large gardens (a typical italian garden with foutains) and the large terrace with amazing views of Florence and the surrounding hills of the Chianti area.

Conditions:

We only provide rent of the Villa with exclusive use. We ask a deposit of euro 1.000 at time of booking and the balance a day before the wedding. Civil and religious ceremonies will be allowed only with authorization by the local authority of Bagno a Ripoli.

The villa of the 16th century is maintained in its original state and was carefully restored in winter 2010/2011. Now it offers spacious rooms, thereof two suites and three apartments. The rooms are furnished stylish, but provided with modern standard and ensuite bathrooms. This Villa located in Umbria, a short distance from Orvieto. The Hotel is in a XVIth century elegant villa, surrounded by a large park with centuries-old trees, just on Chiani River and Carcaione Torrent confluence. The local historian traces the construction of the villa to an enlargement of a tower Turchinetta already owned a Monaldeschi. This expansion was commissioned by the then owner of the tower Scalza Vincent Butius. The Villa, a rectangular, was designed so that a deviation of the stream Carcaione passed under one of three arches.
